I have been using the Legacy app for over a year now, with very little problems. Setting it up was easy, and I had it syncing my data once per day.
The new system came along and I received a few messages to update, but I was concerned that remapping everything from one to the other was going to cause issues.
Hazel, as usual, answered my chat and walked me through it, catching all the errors I had made, and keeping the chat going until it was done. Great support, works really well, and in my case, the fact that it now syncs every hour is very helpful for inventory control.

This app is absolutely amazing. Just for a small monthly fee, you can save thousands of pounds on paying wages. The customer service is brilliant.

I tried them all and Onesass is the one that’s able to syncronize most of our Orders. Laszlo was very helpful to help with initial setup and for customer support via Live chat.
The only thing that the extension cannot handle well for us is bundle products. We use many different types on bundle pricing structure so Customer support worked with us to configure most bundle product types but some combination can’t import when mixing up: fixed, dynamic and option prices. OneSaas still manage to import over 90% of our orders from a multi-store/ multi-currency platform.

Set up workflows to what your business needs:
For Receipts from Loyverse, create Summaries in QuickBooks Online.
Have Sales created in your QuickBooks Online account for all orders made in your Loyverse account. Retrieve sales from Loyverse by setting to retrieve via summarisation type and create them as sales receipts or sales invoices, map tax codes and accounts and send payments to QuickBooks Online.
