When an Order is created in eBay, create an Invoice in Sage Accounting Global

Have invoices created in your Sage Accounting Global business for all orders made in your eBay store. Set your invoices to include tax codes, payment status, assign a payment account and create invoices only for orders with an order status you’ve selected.

 

Have Invoices created in Sage for all Orders created in eBay with:

    • Order Status – awaiting shipping, awaiting payment, processed
    • Advanced options let you configure the following settings:
      • Add a prefix to orders created to keep track of what’s been created
      • Assign a default shipping line item to orders that are created
      • Assign a default discount line item to orders that are created
      • Choose to tax all line items
      • Choose to create unpaid invoices as Draft or UNPAID
      • Choose to create paid invoices as Draft or PAID
      • Choose to assign orders to the original customer, the customer’s organisation or a generic online sale customer.

 

Create new Items in Sage:

    • Organize new Items as ‘Inventoried’ or ‘Non-Inventoried Items’.
    • Assign a default Income account.
    • Assin a default Expense account.

 

Map Tax Codes

    • Select a Tax Code you wish to apply to Orders sent from eBay to Sage One.

 

Send Payments from eBay to Sage

    • Assign a default account for Payment methods sent from eBay to Sage.
    • Map certain Payment Methods to a selected Sage One account. 

 

Retrieve Refunded Orders from eBay to Sage:

    • Advance options allow you to configure:
      • A refund number prefix
      • Assign a product for partial refunds to be assigned to
