What does it do?

Connect your MYOB Essentials company profile to your WooCommerce store and save hours of manual data entry. 

When a Order is created in WooCommerce, create an Invoice in MYOB Essentials

Automatically send Orders from WooCommerce to MYOB Essentials as Invoices.

  • Have Invoices created in MYOB Essentials for all Orders created in WooCommerce:

    • Organize Orders with a number prefix
    • Assign a default account for unassigned Shipping Items
    • Assign a default Discount Line Item for discount Products
    • Assign automatic Invoice numbers
    • Assign them to the customer types
    • Assign a Payment Due Date and Offset Date
    • Choose to assign the Invoice to the Original Customer, the Customer’s Organisation or a Generic Online Sale Customer

 

  • Create new Items in MYOB Essentials
    • Assign a default Income and Expense account for new Items created in MYOB Essentials, include:
    • Default Selling and Buying Tax Codes for new Items created in MYOB Essentials
    • Select a Tax Code to apply when Items are sold

 

  • Send Payments from WooCommerce to MYOB Essentials 
    • Assign a default Payments account for payments sent to MYOB Essentials
    • Organize Payments from WooCommerce to MYOB Essentials by selecting a default account in MYOB Essentials for the different Payments Methods available on WooCommerce

When a Product is created in WooCommerce, create new Items in MYOB Essentials

Have your Products in WooCommerce organized as new Items in MYOB Essentials.

  • Have new Items created in MYOB Essentials for all Products created in WooCommerce:
    • Assign a default Income and Expense account for new Items created in MYOB Essentials.
    • Select a default Income Account for Inventoried Items. 
    • Assign a Selling Tax Code to new Items.
    • Assign a Buying Tax Code to new Items.
