What does it do?

Connect your Xero business to your Ecwid Store and save hours of manual data entry. 

When an Order is created in Ecwid, create a Sale in Xero.

Have invoices created in your Xero business for all orders made in your Ecwid store. Set your invoices to include tax codes, payment status, assign a payment account and create invoices only for orders with an order status you’ve selected.

 

  • Have your invoices in Xero be created depending on the order status in Ecwid:
    • Payment Status
    • Fulfillment Status
  • Have tax codes set to products in your invoices
  • Have an income or expense account set for all new items created in Ecwid.
  • Set how credit notes are created in Xero by:
    • Marking refunds to start with additional characters set by you when created in your Xero business
    • Set a refund account
    • Set a refund product
    • Set a discount product
    • Automatically generate refund document numbers
  • Send payments from your Ecwid store to Xero:
    • Set an account to deposit payments
    • Advanced settings let you map payments methods between Ecwid and Xero.

For all new Ecwid products create new items to your Xero business.

  • Create inventoried items as Non-Inventoried or Inventoried items.
