RetailExpress Accounting Integrations
- - Processed & Paid In Full Sales are imported from RetailExpress and consolidated as a cash-sale for your Accounting. The comprehensive summary representing all your Sales for the day contains the sales grouped by Outlet/Location.
- - The daily import also calculates the Cost Of Goods Sold for all the sales of the day.
- - OneSaas includes calculations of LayBy orders including the movement of the funds to/from liability accounts for LayBy orders.
- - Part of the End Of Day sale/refund consolidation OneSaas will also group all your payments and record the (expected) payments in your bank accounts by type for an easier bank reconciliation process.
- - The imports also includes complete calculation for the Stock Transfers between outlets and Stock Adjustments for damaged/lost stock.
- - Payments on orders can be executed from Expense accounts from the Chart of Accounts (e.g. Promotion accounts). Those payments are grouped, consolidated and recorded on the correct accounts allowing you perfect tracking of those expenses.
- - Purchase Orders can also be imported from RetailExpress, consolidated and forwarded into your accounting system as expenses. OneSaas can even help differentiate Freight and Direct Costs on separate accounts to improve with reporting.
