The user name and password you configured in OneSaas to connect to your WHMCS are not correct. Please reconfigure OneSaas with a valid user name and password that have access to your WHMCS.

OneSaas IP Addresses are not in the allowed IP addresses for API calls.
The OneSaas IP address is not in the allowed API IP Address Restrictions Rules: Setup > General Settings > Security Tab
Enter the following IPs in the list of API Access Restrictions IP- 111.67.0.82
- 111.67.0.83
- 111.67.0.84
- 203.206.232.86
