Guide to Integrating Salesforce
Compatible SalesForce Editions
OneSaas can communicate via the API with the following SalesForce editions:- Professional*
- Enterprise
- Unlimited
- Developer
* Due to API Restriction usages, SalesForce Professional Edition customers will need the optional API Access component turned on for your account. Please contact your SalesForce manager to turn on the API Access Component.
Integration Guide
- On the OneSaas Dashboard select “New Connection” and select Salesforce from the popup
- Select Sign in to Salesforce
You will be redirected to the Salesforce site in order to login and approve connectivity. - Enter your credentials and select Login.
- Salesforce will request you to Allow permission for OneSaas to access your data. Click on the Allow.
- You can now Select the types of data you want integrated and the direction of integration.
