Point of Sale - End of Day Procedure

OneSaas can execute a complete End-Of-Day procedure for Point of Sale systems connected to OneSaas.

The End-of-Day procedure can include the following operations:

  1. Consolidation of all Sales & Refunds for the day in a Daily Sale
  2. Consolidate of all LayBys (Partial Paid Orders) for a day
  3. Logging of LayBy sales to separate Liability Accounts
  4. Grouping of Daily Summaries by Location of the Sale (in the case when you run multiple locations)
  5. Daily Summaries of Stock Operations like Stock Transfers between locations or Stock Adjustments  (lost & damaged stock recorded in an expense account)
