Guide to Integrating Magento

Connecting OneSaas to Magento

1. On the OneSaas Dashboard select “New Connection” and then select Magento from the popup
   
2. In a separate tab of your browser sign in into your Magento eCommerce site  
   
3. Select System > Web Services > Roles in the top navigation menu 
    
4. On the right-hand side select Add New Role
   
5. Enter OneSaas Service as the Role Name then click Save Role
   
6. Once the role is save select Role Resources in the menu on the left
7. Select All for Resource Access and then click on Save Role
   
8. Select System > Web Services > Users in the top navigation menu 
   
9. On the right-hand side select Add New User
   
10. Enter the following details in the form:
    • User Name: onesaas
    • First Name: OneSaas
    • Last Name: Service
    • Email: connect+magento@onesaas.com
    • API Key and API Key Confirmation: Enter a strong randomly generated key. You can use our password generator to generate a strong key.
    • Ensure This account is Active is the selected option.
      
11. Select User Role in the left-hand menu and select OneSaas Service as the Assigned Role
    
12. Click on Save User
13. Swap back OneSaas in the tab with Connect to Magento page
14. Enter the url to your site (http or https), onesaas as the UserName and the API Key as you configured when you created the OneSaas user
    
15. Click Apply
16. Select the type of data you want integrated and the direction for integration
