Integrating FreshBooks: Troubleshooting

  • OneSaas does not support multi-tax code line items. Invoice cannot be imported.

    At the moment OneSaas does not support multiple tax codes on a line in an invoice. E.g. PST & GST. OneSaas only supports invoices with a single tax code per line item. OneSaas does support combined tax codes like the Harmonized Tax Code.

  • Could not process Invoice '[InvoiceNumber]': Could not map TaxCode '[TaxCode]'. Please verify your TaxCode mappings.

    OneSaas retrieved an invoice with a TaxCode that has no mapping between FreshBooks and your other integrated systems. You need to open your OneSaas FreshBooks configuration and make sure that all Tax Codes reported by FreshBooks are correctly mapped:

    Please make sure that the Tax Rate % match between the FreshBooks Tax Rate and the one known by OneSaas.
