Guide to Integrating FreshBooks

OneSaas can integrate FreshBooks and synchronize Contacts, Invoices, Payments and Items in and out of FreshBooks for integrations with accounting, CRM, eCommerce or Contacts Management systems like Google Contacts.

Connecting OneSaas to FreshBooks

1. On the OneSaas Dashboard select “New Connection” and select FreshBooks from the popup
   
2. In a separate browser tab Login to your FreshBooks account
   
3. Navigate to My Account > FreshBooks API
   
4. Copy the API URL in the OneSaas FreshBooks Connect Screen in the API Url field
5. Copy the Authentication Token in the OneSaas FreshBooks Connect Screen in the Authentication Token field
   
6. Click Apply
7. Select the type of data you want integrated and the direction of the integration
   
8. If you selected to Pull Invoices you can also select to pull Expenses:
