Integrating eBay: Troubleshooting

  • Nothing to Pull from eBay. Orders Filters disabled all types of pull requests (Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Postage or Paid & Posted).

    You did not configure what type of orders should be retrieved from eBay. OneSaas can retrieve orders based on their status:

    Please open the configuration of your eBay connection and check at least one of the three filters. Paid & Awaiting Postage and Paid & Posted are the recommended settings for most of the integrations.
