Guide to Integrating BigCommerce

Connecting OneSaas to BigCommerce

Prerequisites

Important: If you plan to integrate BigCommerce with any of the accounting systems it is recommended that you first create a shipping item in your accounting system and then connect your accounting system to OneSaas before connecting BigCommerce.

Connecting BigCommerce to OneSaas

1. On the OneSaas Dashboard select “New Connection” and then select BigCommerce from the popup
   
2. In a separate tab of your browser sign in into your BigCommerce eCommerce site 
   
3. Select Users in the top navigation menu
    
4. Select Edit next to the user that you want to be used by OneSaas
   
   
5. Scroll at the bottom of the page and check “Yes, allow this user to use the XML API” 
    
   
6. IMPORTANT: Click Save and reload the page
   
   
7. Copy the user name, and the newly appeared XML Path and XML Token into the OneSaas Connect to BigCommerce configuration screen
   
   
8. Select the type of data you want integrated and the direction for integration
